02. Individual & Group
Individual & Covered CA
We help our individual clients find the right plan option for them whether that's on-exchange through Covered California or off-exchange direct with an insurance company. Important factors we look at in determining appropriate coverage options include doctor preferences, prescription needs, premiums and copays, and financial needs. Families have the option to enroll in one plan together or to choose separate plans for each member. We can explain and review the pros and cons for each option. There is a lot to consider when choosing a health plan and we're here to help you understand your options.
Individuals are able to enroll for the first time or make changes to their existing plan every year during the open enrollment period which typically runs from October until December of each year for January 1 coverage. For members who need to make changes during the year, contact us and we can review your options. Outside of the open enrollment most people need to qualify for a Special Election Period to make changes mid-year. We can work with you to determine your eligibility and enrollment options.
Did you know? All health plans offered by Covered California include telehealth services, so you can discuss your health needs with your doctor without leaving the comfort of your home.
Losing coverage doesn't mean you have to go without health insurance. If you've recently lost your health plan, you may be eligible to enroll for a limited time.

We also work with employers interested in offering group insurance to your employees. We can review your existing policy or work with you finding a first time plan. Employers can qualify for group options with as few as 1-2 full time employees. We can help you put together a competitive benefit offering including health insurance, dental & vision, life insurance, and more.
